How fast can you actually get here?
Our base is Downtown Toronto. Real ETAs (no marketing fluff): Downtown Toronto/Financial District 15–30 min · Yorkville/Entertainment District 30–45 min · Rosedale East / Summerhill 25–40 min · Toronto core 35–60 min depending on traffic. We give you a real ETA on the phone, not a vague “on the way”.
What we charge during emergencies
Same shop pricing + a small after-hours surcharge if it’s after 8pm or on Sunday. We quote upfront on the phone before dispatch — no surprises. Most car-lockouts are $49–$129. Most home/condo lockouts are $79–$179. Lost-keys jobs (replacement key on the spot) are quoted using our instant-quote tool.
What we don’t do
We don’t drill cylinders unless it’s the absolute last resort — most modern cars and homes never need that. We don’t charge a “trip fee” you didn’t agree to. We don’t pressure-sell. If we can’t fix it on-site, we tell you immediately.

How fast will you really arrive?
Downtown Response across Downtown region (Downtown Toronto, Financial District, Yorkville, Entertainment District). 45–60 min for Toronto core, Summerhill, North York. We quote a real ETA on the phone — not “as soon as possible”.
Are you By Appointment?
Effectively yes. Daytime 8am–8pm Mon–Sat at our Downtown Toronto shop + mobile dispatch. After hours and Sunday: emergency-only mobile dispatch with a small surcharge. Call 416-668-4070 anytime.
Can you make me a key on-site?
Yes for most cars — we have a fully equipped mobile van with key-cutting, programming, and immobiliser-read equipment (Autel, Lonsdor, Xhorse). For some specialty platforms (BMW FEM, Land Rover UWB, Mercedes 2015+) it’s faster to drive in to our Downtown Toronto shop.
Do you charge a callout / dispatch fee even if I cancel?
If you cancel before we leave the shop: zero charge. If we’re already en route: $25–$45 depending on distance. We tell you this on the phone before we start driving — no hidden fees.
Do you handle insurance / fleet?
Yes — we invoice direct to insurance, fleet accounts, dealerships, body shops, and tow operators. Letterhead quote within an hour, e-transfer or net-15 invoicing accepted.
